About me

I am Sanjay, an application architect and agile project manager. I have about 17 years of dedicated contribution to IT / EDP sector in leading management and technical positions in large organizations. I am the Co-founder and Technical Head of RAD Solutions Private Limited. I also work as a consultant to client and software development organizations, helping them setup their IT strategy, product / application architecture, platform and team.

In my spare time, I love meeting birds of the same feather, sharing knowledge, teaching, addressing professionals and students. I do free mentoring to enterprises and individuals on technical and career front. Do not hesitate to utilize on my knowledge and experience!
