I am Sanjay, an application architect and agile project manager. I have about 17 years of dedicated contribution to IT / EDP sector in leading management and technical positions in large organizations. I am the Co-founder and Technical Head of RAD Solutions Private Limited. I also work as a consultant to client and software development organizations, helping them setup their IT strategy, product / application architecture, platform and team.
